When you place an order, it’s an offer to buy. We'll confirm once your payment is processed. We may need to cancel or adjust orders sometimes – but we’ll let you know.

We’ll ship your order as soon as possible, but delays can happen – especially due to weather, carriers, or customs. Once it’s handed to the shipping service, it’s out of our hands.

All content on our site – images, text, logos – belongs to VivaVerve or our partners. You’re welcome to browse and shop, but please don’t reuse or copy our material without permission.

While VivaVerve handles your orders, Shopify powers our store. Your purchases are with us, not Shopify – so direct all questions or issues to us.
